Abstract
New results for doubly excited autoionizing states of helium atoms converging on the N=2 to N=6 thresholds are calculated by use of a method of complex-coordinate rotation. Resonance parameters (both energy and width) obtained by using Hylleraas-type wave functions with 308 terms are compared with the recent close-coupling and hyperspherical-coordinate calculations.
