Abstract
Chlamydia psittaci has been isolated from several organs and conjunctivae of domestic Pekin ducks. McCoy cells were susceptible to infection by this chlamydial strain as demonstrated by the formation of inclusion bodies within 48 hours post‐inoculation. A good correlation was found between the isolation of C. psittaci from ducks and positive ELISA serology results. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
