Abstract
A description is given of a compact S90r [beta]-irradiator for the extracorporeal irradiation of blood. An arterial-venous shunt is used and no external pump is necessary. Doses between 3,000 and 18,000 rads/day can be given to the blood of a patient and the irradiation can be continuous for many days. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
