Abstract
The normal-mode theory including corrections for non-ideality and hydrodynamic interactions has been developed for the study of dynamics in polyelectrolyte solutions. The influence of the non-instantaneous diffusion of the small ions is shown. For the case of weak Coulombic interactions between point ions, the classical laws for simple electrolytes are obtained. Another limiting case gives the virial expansion treatmentKeywords
