Abstract
Basic Internet structures are introduced. Extrapolation from these basic structures may give clues to some future developments in radiology, including education and image interpretation. Cooperation between radiology professionals is no longer limited by geographical location and will allow the contributions from individuals to be judged by their creativity and content, regardless of their origin. The solution complex problems, such as information overload at the workstation, will need as many active minds as can be recruited. Keywords
