Abstract
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the pelvis can characterize a wide variety of ovarian lesions. We discuss MRI strategies for identification and characterization of ovarian neoplasms and correlate MRI findings with lesion gross pathological and histopathological structure.Keywords
