Abstract
Reovirus cores catalyze a ribonucleoside triphosphate (rNTP)-dependent pyrophosphate exchange reaction in the presence of all four rNTP species. When rNTP species are tested individually, only guanosine-5′-triphosphate supports pyrophosphate exchange. Keywords
