Abstract
The problem of vacuum polarization in the gravitational field of a multidimensional black hole is considered. The representation for the Feynman propagator for a massless scalar field in such a spacetime is obtained. For the particular case of a five-dimensional black hole the explicit expression for at the horizon is found.
