Abstract
In this article two cases of bagassosis confirmed by lung biopsy under fiberoptic bronchoscopy are reported Death ensued in one of the two cases. For heightening the recognition of bagassosis, a discussion is made with review of relevant literatures on the clinical characteristics. X-ray manifestations, immunological examinations, pathological findings, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of the disease.
