Eigenvalues of Differentiable Positive Definite Kernels

The main object of this note is to answer in the affirmative a conjecture in [4] that for an integral operator generated by a p times continuously differentiable positive definite kernel, the eigenvalues are $o({1 / {n^{p + 1} }})$
