Abstract
The sex chromosomes of dds mice were investigated in testicular and spleen cells in males and in spleen in females with the application of an air-drying method. The X is the largest telocentric element, being almost always distinguishable from the largest autosomal pair, while the Y is indicated as a heteropycnotic and nearly telocentric 1 ranking in the 3 smallest chromosomes in male cells. Keywords
