Abstract
A 59 year old patient underwent percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty of a de novo stenosis of the proximal right coronary artery. Vessel perforation occurred after balloon angioplasty and was successfully treated by implantation of a new stent graft, which completely covered the perforation without residual leakage. Emergency coronary surgery could, thus, be avoided. Keywords
