Fibrous Lesions of Bone in Childhood

Abstract

Twelve cases of non-osteogenic fibroma, 13 cases of simple bone cyst and 19 cases of extracranial localised fibrous dysplasia have been analysed with particular reference to the differential diagnosis of these three conditions. All the cases first presented under the age of 20 and the diagnosis was confirmed on clinical, radiological and histological grounds.
