Abstract
In3+-modified hexagonal CdS nanocrystallites prepared from Cd(ClO4)2·6H2O and H2S in N,N-dimethylformamide catalyze photoreduction of CO2 in the presence of a small quantity of In3+ under visible light, leading to the competitive formation of HCOO− with CO without loosing the quantum yield for the CO2 reduction obtained with unmodified hexagonal CdS nanocrystallites. Keywords
