Abstract
Lipoprotein turnover studies continue to be used as an important research tool in the investigation of normal lipoprotein metabolism, dyslipidaemic states and the effects of pharmacological intervention. The introduction of stable isotopic endogenous labelling has served to complement existing radioisotope protocols while the use of improved software has facilitated new, improved mathematical models to explain the data. Keywords
