Abstract
Pellets were prepared containing 20 mg. of cholesterol and 20 mg. of riboflavin. When these were implanted subcut. in rats they lost 90% of their efficiency in 1.5 mos. In the human, similar pellets containing 50 mg. of riboflavine and 50 mg. of cholesterol were implanted. These tablets brought about complete recovery from riboflavin deficiency. They are useful when the deficiency is due to inadequate absorption. Keywords
