Abstract
In 5 castrated women a premenstrual endometrium did not appear with the administration of 50,000 R. U. estrin and 12-60 Rb. U. progestin. Bleeding occurred with estrin alone, or with estrin and progostin. Bleeding occurred with use of 30,000 R. U. estrin followed by 12-14 Rb. IT. progestin. Menopausal symptoms were only temporarily relieved by estrin. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
