Abstract
Aneurysms of the abdominal aorta may dissect, become infected, and rupture spontaneously. Since the mortality of infected mycotic aneurysm is high, a rapid diagnosis is a must. We describe a patient with a spontaneous mycotic aneurysm accurately diagnosed by computed tomography.Keywords
