Abstract
Sus-pensions of human white blood cells in homologous fresh plasma, whether the cells come from normal or tuberculous individuals, will adsorb tuberculin (O.T.) from the plasma. Similar suspensions of mouse cells from normal or tuberculous animals will not adsorb tuberculin. Tuberculin may be assayed by these methods. Keywords
