Abstract
Although both introverted and extraverted students learned to relax their muscles adequately, only the introverts reported a significant decrement in anxiety. Some extraverts reacted adversely to the technique, which suggested that other methods to inhibit anxiety may be necessary for this group.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
