Abstract
Two forms of serine transhydroxymethylase, separable by TEAE‐cellulose chromatography, are present in wild‐type extracts of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. One of these forms is mitochondrial and the other one cytoplasmic. The mitochondrial form is absent in the mutant tmp3.This publication has 22 references indexed in Scilit:
