Abstract
An entirely two-directional synthesis of (±)-perhydrohistrionicotoxin is presented, utilizing a tandem oxime formation/Michael addition/[3 + 2] cycloaddition as the key step. This approach also constitutes formal syntheses of (±)-histrionicotoxin and (±)-histrionicotoxin 235A.Keywords
