Abstract
Results of neutron and fission fragment time-of-flight measurements on are presented in detail. The energy spectra and angular distributions of neutrons emitted by pairs of fragments of different degrees of asymmetry and different kinetic energies, as recorded in the laboratory system, have been analyzed for consistency with the hypothesis of isotropic emission from fully accelerated fission fragments.
