Vygotsky's Contribution to the Development of Psychology

Abstract
Lev Semenovich Vygotsky is one of the greatest psychologists of the first half of the 20th century. He entered science on the wave of its postrevolutionary transformations and contributed much to the creation of a Marxist psychology. Fifty years have passed since his death, but he remains one of the leaders in theory in the great school of Soviet psychologists, and has had considerable influence on all of world psychology.
