Abstract
A double-blind, cross-over trial was made of 3 analgesic preparations, paracetamol, paracetamol with caffeine (Finimal) and aspirin, in the relief of postoperative pain in 72 orthopedic inpatients and 144 ambulatory outpatients suffering from common idiopathic headache. Finimal shows the greatest pain relief in both groups of patients. The results of Booy are supported demonstrating the superiority of Finimal to paracetamol or aspirin alone. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
