Abstract
The backscattering yields for planar channeling as a function of crystal orientation have been calculated using a temperature-dependent average potential. Temperature dependence of minimum yields and widths of the dips are studied and compared with experimental values obtained by different authors. An attempted calculation including nuclear multiple scattering is made.
