Abstract
Adenine deaminase activity and adenosine deaminase activity of rat mammary gland homogenates were studied through pregnancy, lactation and involution. Adenine deaminase activity was not apparent in the mammary gland. Adenosine deaminase activity was present throughout pregnancy and lactation, showing maximum activity in the latter stages of lactation. Keywords
