Abstract
Studies in 10 male volunteers has shown that intramuscular injection of 10% lignocaine produces similar blood lignocaine levels to those obtained with larger volumes of a less concentrated preparation. Since no local or general complications occurred it is suggested that the 10% solution is suitable for clinical use. Keywords
