Abstract
Five cases of ovarian sex cord tumors with annular tubules are presented. The ages of the patients ranged from 8-45 yr and the size of the tumors varied from 1 to over 18 cm in diameter. All patients presented with evidence of hormonal disturbance and 2 appeared to have excess gonadotropin production. The Peutz-Jeghers syndrome was not described in any patient. The possible origin of the tumor is discussed. Keywords
