Abstract
Injury to the extra-hepatic biliary system in blunt abdominal trauma is rare and difficult to diagnose. In adults, all reported cases were treated surgically. We report a case of a traumatic tear of the left hepatic duct that was treated successfully by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and stenting. Keywords
