Abstract
A case of neonatal hypoglycemia of 23½ months' duration associated with recurrent convulsions has been presented. The case best fits the classification of "idiopathic spontaneous hypoglycemia in infants." Dietary management was partially successful for a period of 2½ months. The therapeutic effects of administration of glucagon, cortisone and ACTH were studied. Only the administration of cortisone and ACTH permitted control of the hypoglycemic state. Keywords
