Abstract
Measurements of the properties of peaking strip probes in rapidly oscillating magnetic fields are presented. Studies were carried out from 18 kc to 2.6 Mc with field rates of change from 8×106 to 3×1010 G/sec. A typical probe response at Ḃ=1010 G/sec is a triangular pulse of 1 V amplitude and half‐amplitude pulse width of 40×10−9 sec at field reversal. Keywords
