Abstract
Diffuse Lewy body disease, a severely disabling neuropsychiatric disease, presents with progressive dementia, psychotic symptoms, depression, and parkinsonian symptoms. The authors report a case illustrating that clozapine, a novel neuroleptic drug, has special efficacy in treating psychotic symptoms in these patients. Keywords
