Abstract

Using the

{}^{79}{Br}

(

{}^{3}{He}

,

t

)

{}^{79}{Kr}

and

{}^{81}{Br}

(

{}^{3}{He}

,

t

)

{}^{81}{Kr}

reactions, the excitation energies of the lowest isobaric analog states have been measured in

{}^{79}{Kr}

and

{}^{81}{Kr}

. The implications for solar neutrino detection schemes are discussed.
