Abstract
The isolation of secretin as described by Mellanby proved to be unsatisfactory in the hands of the authors because of the unreliability or lack of uniformity of results with the "bile salt" precipitation procedure. In default of more exact knowledge regarding the conditions governing the adsorption of secretin by "bile acids" they were unable to predict a yield with certainty. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
