Abstract
[Quality breast reconstruction [after mastectomy for cancer] requires careful analysis of the patient''s deformities and careful execution of the preoperative planning.] Techniques are outlined to assist in obtaining a superior result in difficult breast reconstruction problems. The use of multiple adjustmenst, broad-based implants and dermal contouring for nipple-areola reconstruction are discussed.
