Abstract
The low‐temperature tetragonal‐monoclinic phase transformation in yttria‐doped tetragonal zirconia polycrystalline ceramics which results in strength degradation was found to be reversible. The retransformed ceramic has properties equivalent to those of the as‐sintered ceramic. Keywords
