THE CLINICAL NURSE SPECIALIST impacts the client with chronicity by strategic management of cost and quality outcomes. Reduced health care system utilization and increased self-esteem and self-care abilities are the result of the strategies. Lifestyle management warrants further nursing researchKeywords
