Abstract

We show how the Poincaré-Linstedt method for obtaining approximate periodic solutions to weakly non-linear differential equations can be generalized to apply to delay-differential equations also. In order to demonstrate the approach approximate periodic solutions to various forms of the generalized Hutchinson equation
