Abstract
A 39-year-old woman had a seven-year history of a peculiar idiopathic telangiectasia of her feet which progressively extended up her legs. She experienced complete disappearance of the erythema, as well as capillary and venule dilatation, as a result of a three-month course of orally administered tetracycline therapy. Association is made with the fact that tetracycline regularly controls the flushing and reverses the otherwise permanent dilatation of the small vessels seen in rosacea. Keywords
