Abstract
Agonisca corbiensis n. gen., n, sp., is described from the Kaihikuan Stage of Corbies Creek and Mt St Mary, Waitaki Valley. Though possessing a typical trigoniid hinge, Agonisca resembles certain members of the Myophoriidae in its lack of defined posterior area and marginal carina and in its simple concentric sculpture.
