Abstract
A family is reported in which 3 members are known to have suffered from a solitary hemangioblastoma of the cerebellum. The hereditary nature of hemangioblastoma of the cerebellum has been discussed, and the marked variability of expression of associated lesions has been outlined. The importance of a family history as an aid to early diagnosis of a hemangioblastoma of the cerebellum in patients with symptoms of cerebellar dysfunction has been stressed. Keywords
