Abstract
Accurate measurements are reported of the heat capacity of a polycrystalline specimen of 99.999% pure tellurium between 1.5 and 20 K. The limiting low-temperature value for the corresponding Debye temperature Theta 0c is 152+or-1 K.Keywords
