Abstract
Three patients with recurrent affective disorders experienced polydipsia and the syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone in association with acute exacerbations of their affective disorders. These disturbances of water homeostasis responded to treatment of the affective disorders.Keywords
