Abstract
The development of sensory structures in organ cultures of the twelfth and thirteenth gestation day mouse otocysts has been quantified and the expected “in vitro” development may be predicted. The scoring system may be applied to the “in vitro” analysis of congenitally malformed ears in mutant strains of mice. Keywords
