Abstract
Human peripheral blood lymphocytes gave an opsonic adherence reaction with IgM[immunoglobulin M]-coated [ox] erythrocytes. This reactivity could only be detected after incubating the lymphocytes at 37.degree. C, was confined to the T[thymus-derived]-lymphocyte population, and could be inhibited by IgM, but not IgG. Human T lymphocytes possess a receptor for IgM.This publication has 19 references indexed in Scilit:
