Abstract
Betabacterium vermiforme, an organism isolated from "Tibi-complex" by H. D. Meyer, produces a water-insoluble dextran from sucrose. The dextran resembles closely in physical properties and chemical structure the dextrans synthesised by organisms of the Leuconostoc spp. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
