Abstract
Protection of spermatogonia from dominant lethal mutations induced by acute whole-body X-irradiation (300 R) was studied in C57BL mice given a simultaneous injection of AET, ATP and serotonin. Evidence was obtained that simultaneous administration of these radioprotectors significantly reduced dominant lethality. Expected and observed rates of post-implantation loss were found to be of the same order of magnitude. Keywords
