Abstract
We report evidence for direct violation in the decay with of data collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB collider. Using pairs we observe a signal with events. The measured violating asymmetry is , corresponding to a significance of including systematics. We also search for violation in the decays and . The measured violating asymmetries are and , corresponding to the intervals and at 90% confidence level.
