Abstract
Human fibroblast interferon, produced in tissue culture by a super induction procedure, was purified 10,000-fold by chromatography to ca 50% purity as judged by SDS-PAGE. The specific activity of the interferon preparation is 2×108 and the yield is 70%. The interferon preparation is suitable for clinical use. This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
